The Kinetic Typography Style Video
This is a video with graphic elements (icons and text) where the animated text captures the attention of your audience and entertains them. For this type of project, sound design is essential to enhance the understanding of the message.
The Cartoon Style Video
A 2D video designed from a script with illustrated and animated characters. The cartoon format is very effective for humanizing your message. For HR projects, training, major causes, health, safety, etc., we offer more animated and expressive characters against simpler backgrounds.
The Scribens Style Video
This style, also known as whiteboard video (or hand-drawing), is often used to provide impactful explanations by focusing attention on the illustrated object. This style requires “teasing” storytelling by preparing the illustrations in advance. You can also reuse these drawings for other purposes.
We handle
all stages of production
BRIEF
It all starts with the creative brief and the project specifications. They must contain as much information as possible, as they guide and define the project. It is crucial to clearly state the objectives, the target audience, and the message to be conveyed. The target audience is, indeed, decisive as it determines the tone, format, and communication approach to adopt.
If there is an existing brand guide, be sure to provide it so that we can fully immerse ourselves in the brand’s identity.
SCRIPT
The purpose of a script is to formalize the entire narration of the video before moving on to illustration or layout. The script offers numerous benefits for both the client and the motion designer. It allows for a preview of the final video, helps estimate its duration, and is also a good way to ensure that the film conveys the right message, thus avoiding any unpleasant surprises.
ILLUSTRATION & LAYOUT
At this stage, the motion designer’s task is to digitally create the graphic elements that will later be used in the animation. This is when they can draw inspiration from the brand’s visual identity to create new elements or adapt existing illustrations. It is also possible to decide in advance on the desired graphic trends.
ANIMATION
This phase should resemble an assembly. The motion designer is able to bring movement to the images produced during the layout phase. Regardless of the chosen graphic style, the motion designer breathes life into the graphic elements created in the previous step to animate each sequence of the layout.
SOUND DESIGN & VOICE-OVER
This stage involves creating a sound environment by integrating voice-over, music, and sound design to energize the video and make it more engaging. Sound plays a crucial role and requires careful consideration. Sound effects also contribute significantly, giving a “clean” touch to the video by associating the appropriate sound with each animation. If a voice-over is used to narrate a story, the script is validated beforehand.
